IT support, business systems and a practical way forward with AI.

Get help keeping everyday technology working and choosing what to improve, from Microsoft 365 and networks to connected applications and AI.

We can advise on the next step, carry out an agreed project or provide ongoing support. The work and support arrangements are agreed for your business.

01

IT Support & Operations

We set up computers and accounts, manage Microsoft 365 and help staff with day-to-day IT problems. We can provide ongoing support or work alongside your existing IT team.

When the same issue keeps returning, we look beyond the immediate fix to find what needs to change. Support arrangements are agreed for your organization.

Typical work

  • User and device support
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Account, access, onboarding, and offboarding work
  • Computer and equipment procurement
  • Vendor coordination
  • Troubleshoot and fix recurring problems
  • Documentation and operating standards
  • Ongoing support arrangements
02

Infrastructure & Security

We set up and support networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, cloud services and backups. Work can be a separate project or part of an ongoing IT arrangement.

We recommend equipment and services that fit the business, with a reason for each upgrade and a plan for the change.

Typical work

  • Networks and WiFi
  • Firewalls and network equipment
  • Cloud and Microsoft 365 services
  • Backup and recovery planning
  • Plan equipment replacements and upgrades
  • Security configuration and improvement
  • Vendor and platform migrations
  • Technology refresh and implementation projects
03

Business Systems & Workflow

Connect the applications, information and processes your team relies on. We look at how people use the current setup, including repeated data entry, reports and workarounds.

We can plan and carry out changes to the software or process, coordinate with vendors and document how the new setup will be used and supported.

Typical work

  • Business application configuration
  • System integration and data movement
  • Workflow improvement
  • Operational reporting
  • Process and system documentation
  • Vendor coordination and handoffs between tools and people
  • Implementation and adoption support
  • Removal of repeated manual work
04

Automation & AI

Work out where AI could help your business, which options fit your systems and what to test before committing. We can help compare tools, plan a trial or carry out an agreed implementation.

Automation can handle repeated steps, and AI may help with tasks such as processing documents or preparing drafts. A rule, a software setting or a simpler process may be enough. We agree the checks and person responsible before a change goes into use.

Typical work

  • Workflow automation
  • Document and information processing
  • AI-assisted internal workflows
  • Build AI assistants for defined internal tasks, where appropriate
  • Human review and fallback design
  • Production testing and measurement
  • Integration with existing business systems
  • Ongoing operating and support planning
Modernization and AI guidance

Make sense of your options and choose a useful next step.

Start with the work you want to improve, then assess the tools, process changes or AI applications that could help. You might need advice on a decision, a small trial or a project to put a change in place. These can be agreed separately.

Start with the work.

What takes too long, keeps going wrong or could work better? We look at the task, the people involved and the systems you already use. A computer replacement, application upgrade and AI idea need different amounts of investigation.

Compare the options.

Consider better use of an existing tool, a process change, a connection between applications or a new product. Compare the fit, costs, dependencies and upkeep. AI may be unsuitable for the task, or your current software may already do enough.

Prepare a trial when it is useful.

Agree the task, sample inputs, person responsible and checks before trying a new approach. For AI, consider the information it needs, where human review is needed and what happens when its output is wrong or the tool is unavailable.

Review what the trial shows.

Check the output and the work required to correct or maintain it. Compare that with the starting point. The next decision may be to improve the trial, expand it, choose another option or stop. A trial does not commit you to a wider implementation.

Carry out the agreed change.

An implementation project can cover configuration, integration and testing with the people who will use the result. Agree how it will be used, document the changes and hand over the operating instructions and open issues.

Plan for use and support.

Decide who will review outputs, maintain the setup and handle problems after the handoff. Ongoing support is a separate arrangement when needed. Routine IT support or a known project can be discussed directly, without a trial or assessment first.

How to start

Tell us what needs attention.

You can come to us for ongoing support or a specific project, such as setting up computers, moving Microsoft 365 or improving the network. We can discuss the work directly.

When a decision needs more investigation, a paid Systems Review can help you understand the systems and process involved. It provides findings and recommendations; implementation is scoped separately. The review is optional.
